Rood Bridge Park

58-acre park with boat ramp and floating dock (except during the winter) for launching watercraft (15 feet max length). It also has paddlecraft rentals (summer), picnic areas, playground, rhododendron garden, Rock Creek Trail, lake, and a community room. The park is the current Tualatin River Water Trail end point.

There are 6 paved parking spots at the river access. More parking in the rest of the park.

River Access:

River Mile 38.4

100 feet of pavement from the parking lot to the floating dock with a gangway or to the bottom of the concrete boat ramp. Note: The dock is removed from November to May.

Upriver:

The Licorice Lane Farm Dam (River Mile 39.0) is 0.6 miles upriver (20 minutes paddling time). The dam is impassable during the low summer river levels.

Downriver:

Farmington Paddle Launch (River Mile 33.3)
5.1 miles (2.5 hours paddling time)
