79 paved parking spots

River Access:

River Mile 1.5

400 foot concrete path from the water trail sign parking lot to the dirt riverbank access. The riverbank is steep and slippery when muddy. Check the condition of the riverbank before unloading paddlecraft.

Upriver:

During the summer, it is possible to paddle upriver 1.5 miles (45 minutes paddling time) before low river levels make paddling to the Lake Oswego Corp. Diversion Dam (River Mile 3.4) difficult. The dam is dangerous and impassable.

Downriver:

Paddling in this area is not possible at low summer river levels due to several sections of shallow, rocky water. These sections can form Class II rapids at higher river levels.
